About Us

The Appointment Desk That Never Closes

AIGente builds AI appointment infrastructure for hospitals and clinics. Most healthcare scheduling still depends on phone lines that only work during office hours, staff who retype the same details into three systems, and patients who give up before they ever reach a receptionist. We moved that entire process to WhatsApp, the channel patients already use every day. Our AI reads a request in plain language, checks live doctor availability and surgery packages, confirms the slot, and sends the reminders that keep the schedule intact. When a case needs judgment rather than automation, it reaches your team with the full conversation attached.

  • WhatsApp appointment booking
  • Live doctor availability
  • Surgery package reservations
  • Automated reminders
  • Multilingual patient support
  • 24/7 coverage

Our History

AIGente started with a problem every clinic recognizes: the appointment book was full, but the day was not. Cancellations arrived too late to refill the gap, reminders went unread, and the front desk absorbed the difference. We built the first version around that single gap, then extended it as clinics asked for surgery packages, multi-doctor calendars, and departments that each work differently.

  • Built with clinics, not for them
  • One gap at a time
  • Ship, measure, refine
  • Still led by the front desk

Our Mission

Give clinical teams their time back. Every routine message the AI resolves — a reschedule, a location question, a pre-op instruction — is time a nurse or receptionist spends on the patient in front of them instead. We measure success by how little our software needs to be noticed: appointments confirmed, gaps refilled, nobody waiting on hold.

  • Time back to clinical staff
  • Fewer empty slots
  • No patient left on hold
  • Automation that knows its limits

Who we are

We are engineers and healthcare operations people who treat scheduling as a clinical problem, not an administrative afterthought. We work alongside the teams who run appointment desks every day, ship in small increments, and keep a human in the loop wherever a decision affects care. Privacy and patient data handling are product requirements, not paperwork.
